What is MAN OF THE MATCH® | PLAYER OF THE MATCH® Awards?
The MAN OF THE MATCH® | PLAYER OF THE MATCH® Awards Marketplace is a marketplace where you can buy, collect and sell official NFT Awards. It is accessible to collectors around the world 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sort through different filters to find the Awards you want to collect.
Please note that the Marketplace may be affected by maintenance.
How to Register an Account
How to buy an NFT Award
To be able to place a bid and buy an NFT Award on MAN OF THE MATCH® | PLAYER OF THE MATCH® Awards, follow these steps:
2-Choose the player Award you want to buy. A pop-up opens with the Award details.
3-Press Bid Now and place a bid
-You will only be charged if you win the auction
An Award does not appear in my auctions
When you place your bid on an NFT Award on our marketplace, it may not appear in the “My auctions – My current auctions” tab, and we explain why :
1) Latency time:
It takes a maximum of thirty seconds for your Award to appear in the “My auctions – My current auctions” tab.
This is the time Stripe needs to ensure that the user has the necessary funds to make the purchase.
You will only be charged if you win the auction. Otherwise, the funds block will be cancelled.
2) You bid too late:
During an auction, you have the indication of the remaining time to be able to place your own bid. If you do it a few seconds from the end, unfortunately, you risk missing out and the Award will not appear in your current auctions.
3) Covered Auction
The bidding race for the NFT MAN OF THE MATCH® | PLAYER OF THE MATCH® Awards is very competitive. If another user covets the same Award as you, they could outbid and therefore cover your bid. You will be notified by email that you have been outbid.
My Award does not appear in the “My Awards” tab
You have just won an auction, congratulations!
But you have noticed that your Award does not appear immediately in the “My Awards” tab. No worries, we explain why:
This waiting time is a guarantee of insurance for you because the NFT you have just acquired is in the process of being “created” or “mint of an NFT” and it is recorded on the Blockchain.
It is from this moment that your NFT will be integrated into the unforgeable technology of the Blockchain.
The delay of appearance of the NFT Award can go up to 1h maximum.

How do I change my login?
You can change your login at any time. From your account which is accessible by clicking on your profile picture, you can choose another login and then press “Update”.
How to change my password?
If you want to change your password, you can reset it. Just click on the “Change password” button accessible from your account.
By following the link sent by email, you will be redirected to the screen below.
By pressing “Continue”, you can choose a new password according to the instructions and submit it.
How do I delete my account?

What are the fees that appear when I place a bid?
A 2% fee is applied when you place your bid.
These fees are intended for the management of the platform and to cover the costs of the computer energy necessary for the Blockchain.
Secondary market fees
What are the costs of selling an Award on the Secondary Market?
On the Secondary Market, transactions are on-chain, ie, carried out and registered on the register of the Tezos blockchain. To make an on-chain transaction, the user must pay a transaction fee called a gas fee which amounts to approximately 0.06 XTZ.
What are the placement costs of an auction?
The user who wishes to place a bid on the Secondary Market, must carry out an on-chain transaction and therefore pay transaction fees, called gas fees, which amount to approximately 0.02 XTZ for this operation.
How much does a card seller receive?
The seller of the Award receives the amount of the sale less the service charge of 2% and the royalties of 10% from paid partners.

Means of payment
You can buy NFT Awards on MAN OF THE MATCH® | PLAYER OF THE MATCH® using your Debit or Credit Card on the Primary Market. Primary Market is the first auction for the Award.
You can also use the cryptocurrency, Tezos (XTZ).
I was charged for an auction and did not win. Am I entitled to a refund?
Every time you’re outbid in an auction, we don’t take any money from you. Your bank holds your money in their system and must refund your transaction. If you win the auction, the final bid amount will be debited from your account.
If you did not receive the refund immediately, you should check with your bank, as the time frame varies from bank to bank. Depending on your bank, the refund time can vary from 2 days to 45 days in some cases.
If you don’t see a refund in your account within days, we recommend contacting your bank with proof of the non refunded auction and any additional information that will help expedite the process.

I accidentally overbid, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, once a bid has been placed, we cannot cancel it.
I won an auction but I don’t want the Award, can I cancel the transaction?
Unfortunately, we do not cancel auctions. Once you’ve won an auction, the Award is yours. You can of course resell it on the Secondary market.
Why didn’t my bid work?
In some cases, especially in the closing stages of an auction, you may start to bid but someone may instantly outbid your initial bid.
In this case, you may not be able to finalise your bid. Refresh the page and place another bid if the timer is still running.
My Debit or Credit Card is not working. What do I do?
If you are having trouble with your Debit or Credit Card, we recommend the following:
1️ –Try again, it may be due to a network error
2️ –Check your balance and limit, your bank may cancel the transaction because you do not have sufficient funds.
If none of the above works, the best option is to contact your bank. We use Stripe as our payment provider and unfortunately, we cannot approve your Debit or Credit Card for you, for your own security and protection.
My transaction was declined for insufficient funds, what can I do?
If you are having problems with your Debit or Credit Card payments, we recommend that you contact your bank.
